I have the 20 years combined Real Estate, Mortgage, Business Management, Marketing Experience and Education you will need to make an informed decision when making your investment.  Five years in the loan business I will make sure that you understand the lending process and know what each option means to your short and long term goals.  If you are not sure which loan is right for you, get three opinions and  then you should always review them with a trusted individual and make sure the loan fits into your short term and/or long term goals.  As a full time business consultant since 2007, I have seen a variety hardships in this most recent economy, but what that means is I have also seen solutions, some that didn't work well, and others that have helped people tremendously, this means I will help you to more thoroughly assess the value of your investment, and how it is intended to work for you, as well as, the risks if any .  Four years I worked at a medium size collection agency with over 150 employees, during these four years I was promoted from collector, to sales, and then marketing director where I managed several employees some who had been there for 13 plus years.  What this means is not only will Realty World syndicate your listing to over 800 websites, I will actively make sure that I am promoting and negotiating terms with your bank for a quick sale. If you are buying you can count on me to actively seek out a property that suits your needs, time frame and budget.  At this job I also learned how successful agents and loan officers argued and advocated for their client's credit even if it meant paying the debt but reaching a settlement that was favorable to the client's credit.  I also learned how the fair Issac and beacon score system worked and how we reported debt to the bureaus per their guidelines.  All of this could really help you be dligent with your credit, that is why I offer Real Estate & Credit Counseling for new homeowners and homeowners who have suffered a forclosure, short sale, or bankruptcy, I will also help you work out a modification with your bank free of charge unless your modification is approved, I have most minimum monthly payment programs, if your modification is approved in some cases you will only pay $30.00 a month, or I can also help refer you to other non-profit  places/agencies who may  be able to assist you free of charge, and explain short refinance programs as another option.  I am a Senior at Cal State East Bay majoring  in Forensic Biology and minoring  in Chemistry.  Currently the Secretary of the Cal State Forensic Club, active in the Association of Criminalist.  A member of The Bay East Association.  I also give back to the community, I was the program director for California Police Activities League for their mentoring program, Commissioner and founder of the San Leandro Jr Giants, Past member of the City of San Leandro Rent Review Board, and currently a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the Alameda County CASA program serving foster youth.
